POLICY SUPPORT

Asking Us About a Clause

If a clause is unclear, our support desk answers policy questions through live chat and email, seven days a week from 9am to 1am Pakistan time. Quote your account email and the section heading you are asking about, and we will point you to the exact wording. Requests about a closed account are handled by the same channel.

Team online

Live chat

Live chat is the quickest route for terms questions. Open a session from your signed-in account, paste the clause you want explained, and an agent replies in English during Pakistan support hours.

Email desk

Send a message from the address registered to your account with the section heading in the subject line. We keep a written record of every policy reply so both sides can refer back to it.

Account messages

Notices about updated terms arrive in your account inbox and by email. Open the message, follow the link to the changed clause, and accept the new wording to carry on using the service.

EDITORIAL STANDARDS

Who Writes and Checks These Clauses

Every clause on this page is drafted by the team that runs the account systems, then checked by colleagues who handle Pakistani payment rails and customer queries daily. We date each revision...

Drafted in-house

The people who build the funding, payout and login flows write the clauses that describe them, so the wording matches how the account behaves on the day you read it.

Rail knowledge

Colleagues who manage JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay and Raast settlements add the timing and verification language, which is why those clauses name real rails instead of vague wording.

Dated revisions

Each revision carries the date it went live, so you can see what changed, when it changed and which version applied to a transaction you are querying with our support desk.

Plain drafting

We avoid dense legal phrasing where a short sentence works. Where a phrase has a specific legal meaning in Pakistan, we explain it once and then use it in the same way throughout.

Feedback into rewrites

Questions that arrive repeatedly through chat and email are collected each month, and clauses that caused confusion are rewritten. If you had to ask twice about one sentence, we treat that as our problem.

Regional checks

Clauses about supported regions, language and currency are checked against the areas we currently serve in Pakistan, so nothing promises access where local law does not permit it.

Matching Our Other Pages

The clauses here match the language used on our account, security and funding pages, so a phrase means the same thing wherever you read it. Where another page...

Account openingThe eligibility wording here matches the join page, so what you confirmed when you opened the account is the same text you can re-read in the access clause of these terms.
Funding pagesOur JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay and Raast pages explain how to move funds; these terms set out what happens if a transfer is reversed, delayed or sent from an account that is not yours.
Game and event rulesIndividual game rules sit with each provider, while these terms cover the conduct expected of you and the consequences of interfering with lobby systems or another person's account.
Security wordingLogin, device and password clauses mirror our security page, and both describe the same verification steps, so you will not find a different rule depending on which page you open.
Payout clausesThe payout section repeats the checks shown on the withdrawal page, including the account-name match that applies before any transfer leaves our side, and the documents we may ask for.
Language and currencyAmounts are shown in the currency of your registered account, and this page confirms that the English wording governs where a translation of the terms differs from the original.
Updates and noticesWhen we change these terms we publish the new version at the same address and write to your registered email, matching the notification practice described across the rest of the site.

Questions We Answer Most Often

They apply from the moment you confirm your account and last for as long as it stays open. Each revised version takes effect when we publish it here and write to your registered email.

You can close the account before the new version takes effect and withdraw any balance that is not tied to an open check. Signing in after that date means you accept the updated wording.

The sections on funding, verification and payouts name the rails we support, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay and Raast, and explain the name-match check applied before a transfer is released.

If one clause cannot be enforced under the law that applies to your region, the rest of the agreement stays in force. We may also limit certain features rather than withdraw access completely.

Write to our support desk from your registered address, quote the clause number and describe the problem. We log every report, pass it to the drafting team and reply with the outcome.

They cover your account, funding, payouts, conduct and access to everything we run, including sportsbook markets. Event and game rules come from the providers and sit alongside this agreement.
